SENATE BILL NO. 150 "An Act providing for oil and gas                          
exploration licenses, and oil and gas leases, in certain areas of the          
state; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.          
                                                                               
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1860.  Senator             
Duncan objected.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 150 be placed at the bottom of Second Reading of Bills.               
Without objection, it was so ordered.
